Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support information sharing and analytic production by aligning processes, workflows, and technology. This role supports analysts and organizations by managing content, records, and knowledge management systems, and by improving access to and dissemination of intelligence products.

• Experience supporting information or knowledge management functions
• Experience working with databases or content management systems
• Ability to support analytic workflows and information sharing

• At least eight (8) years of experience relevant to the labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university

• Aligns processes and technology to support analytic production
• Supports information sharing across organizations
• Develops and tracks knowledge management metrics
• Works independently and collaboratively in analytic environments

• Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
• Up to $10,000 bonus for each referral.
