Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective product support to customer queries via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product defects or enhancements
  • Support client meetings, including implementation calls and monthly reviews for enterprise accounts
  • Document and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Previous customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Ability to analyze and explain standard client reports related to platform usage
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Intercom or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience in process innovation and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Background in running, analyzing, and explaining data elements related to support tools
