• Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity architecture and engineering across the organization
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify risks and develop effective cybersecurity solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber risk management and industry best practices
• Oversee the deployment and integration of new cybersecurity solutions in line with information security policies
• Create metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the Information Security program

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in global cybersecurity program leadership
• At least 5 years of experience leading Security Architecture and Engineering teams
• Industry certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security Architectural and Engineering principles
• Experience with Risk, Security, or Audit frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001/2)
• Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops  and cloud tools, especially AWS
• Demonstrated analytical skills in identifying and mitigating risks
• Experience in the secondary mortgage market or equivalent financial services
