• Manage and maintain the R&D product development backlog, ensuring prioritization and timely execution of high-impact initiatives
• Collaborate closely with engineering to define requirements and ensure development delivers meaningful outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients, articulating product capabilities and gathering feedback
• Rapidly develop prototypes and lightweight MVPs to validate concepts and iterate based on early feedback

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, product development, software R&D, or related roles, preferably within healthcare technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Jira or other relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes

• Advanced degree, diploma, or certification in a related field (e.g., Product Management, Business Analysis, Healthcare Informatics)
• Experience working with clinical data, such as medical claims or electronic health records (EHR)
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and experience in a HIPAA-compliant environment
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, legal services, insurance, or other data-intensive industries
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and facilitating stakeholder workshops
