Solution Engineer; m​/f​/d Telecommunications​/LATAM

Infosim is an IT company based in Würzburg, Germany. Our core product is a network management solution called Stable Net®. This we develop in Germany, but sell globally.

Join our tight-knit US team (Infosim Inc.) as Solution Engineer (m/f/d), and collaborate closely with our Account Managers while providing the technical expertise to help prospective clients identify the solution that's right for them.

We are looking to hire one person full-time as soon as possible.

In this role, you will...

• demonstrate the use-cases and benefits of our product to prospective clients as well as at trade fairs.
• consult with our clients' network engineers (on-site and remote) to help them define their precise technical needs and expectations.
• leverage your technical knowledge and write scripts to showcase how our product addresses specific client needs and pain points.
• aid in the set up proof-of-concept test environments and assist with tender offers.
• act as the technical expert for our network management system Stable Net®.

Your personality and expertise are more important to us than any specific degree or years of experience. If you feel comfortable around IT networks of more than 10,000 devices, i. e. are familiar with IPv6, device configuration, and SNMP, you should not miss out on this opportunity!

From a technical viewpoint, we're loking for someone with solid programming skills and a good understanding of the telco industry, i.e. what drives technical decisions from our client's perspective.

Business fluency in English is required for this position. Bonus points if you also speak Spanish!
