• Mentor junior architects and team members to foster professional growth.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for architectural decisions.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
