• Minimum of 8 years of technical experience in a cross-functional environment
• Strong leadership, planning, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience in managing large programs and communicating effectively with executive staff
• Proven project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Linux administration and experience with heterogeneous hardware and software environments

• Experience in AI/ML infrastructure management and operations at scale in cloud environments
• Familiarity with parallel file system knowledge (Exascaler, Lustre, or GPFS)
• Large scale HPC/AI/ML system experience (compute, GPE, networking)
• Knowledge of Infiniband and Ethernet networking configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
