Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Data Analyst Oracle HCM Consultant to join their team. As a Data Analyst Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be part of the People Technology department supporting HR and IT teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead comprehensive audit and correction of critical employee data elements within Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Perform systematic data validation against multiple sources and files to identify discrepancies
• Develop and maintain data quality tracking mechanisms to ensure ongoing accuracy
• Support system questions, troubleshoot unexpected results, and analyze system behaviors across modules
• Create reports for complex data extraction, analysis, and validation using OTBI and other reporting tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2+ years hands–on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in a production environment
• Proven experience with Oracle HCM modules:
  Core HR, Compensation, Workforce Management
• Technical proficiency with Oracle HCM data loading tools and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques
