Job Title: Senior Epic Beaker Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time
Pay: 90k-145k

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Epic Beaker Analyst to join our team and provide expert-level support, build, and optimization for the Epic Beaker Laboratory module. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Beaker workflows, configuration, and integration, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Beaker enhancements and new functionality.
• Collaborate with laboratory and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Maintain system integrity through regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide go‑live/post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Beaker certification (AP and/or CP required).
• 4+ years of experience as an Epic Beaker Analyst, with a focus on build and optimization.
• Strong understanding of lab workflows and integrations with analyzers/interfaces.
• Experience with upgrade cycles, testing, and change control processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in large health system or academic medical center environments.
• Familiarity with related Epic modules (e.g., Orders, Clin Doc, Anatomic Pathology).
• Experience with HL7 interface troubleshooting.
