, you will be part of the Security UX Research Department supporting the Security Benchmarking and Usability Research team

Job Title: UX Researcher – Benchmarking (Enterprise Security)

• Set up and maintain demo environments required for competitive benchmarking studies.
• Run pilot usability benchmark sessions and validate benchmark tasks and metrics.
• Document end-to-end benchmarking processes and best practices for the UX research team.
• Collaborate with research, design, and engineering partners to support usability research cycles.
• Contribute to the development of competitive benchmarking plans and research documentation.

• 3+ years of usability benchmarking or metrics-driven UX research experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise software and enterprise user workflows (3+ years).
• Technical ability to configure and troubleshoot complex security or enterprise tools.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
