We’re looking for hands‑on Atlassian experts who enjoy solving technical challenges and building real‑world solutions. As an Atlassian Technical Consultant at Eficode, your primary role will be to work directly with systems and tools: implementing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting Atlassian environments such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

You’ll collaborate with customers and your team to design and deliver technical solutions—whether it’s scripting, automation, migrating data between systems, or integrating Atlassian with other enterprise tools.

• Working hands‑on with customers to design, implement, and customize Atlassian products
• Developing technical solutions for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools
• Leading and contributing to complex data‑center‑to‑cloud migrations for Atlassian products and apps
• Leading and contributing to complex Atlassian‑based ITSM solutions
• Working alongside a team of experienced Atlassian professionals to solve real technical problems
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring for both customers and teammates

• Deep practical experience with Atlassian technologies across data center and cloud
• Track record of successfully delivering on‑prem to cloud migrations
• Confident working with Agile methodologies and ITSM frameworks
• Experience with in a consultancy, working face‑to‑face with clients
• Fluent German and English skills

• Understanding of integrations and APIs (e.g., REST, webhooks, automation rules)
• Knowledge of enterprise tools such as Git Hub, Bitbucket, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins
• Experience with in ITSM
