• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team engineering programs, ensuring alignment on vision and success criteria
• Build integrated program roadmaps and manage dependencies to ensure predictable delivery
• Establish operating rhythms to enhance transparency, decision-making, and accountability
• Facilitate cross-team technical alignment and ensure architectural decisions support long-term goals
• Guide incident response for critical programs and lead post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement

• 8–10+ years of technical program management experience within infrastructure, data, and product engineering organizations
• Proven track record of leading multi-quarter initiatives with complex dependencies and improving delivery predictability
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with experience in cloud-native environments
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Prior hands‑on engineering experience
• Experience in platform modernization or large‑scale cross‑functional engineering programs related to SaaS products
