- Collaborate with the internal Product Development team to address technical support needs
- B.A. or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of CPQ implementation experience
- Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories
- Demonstrated skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- 2-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Proficient in IT networking, internet technologies, and web applications
