• Resolve complex hardware, OS, software, and SaaS issues for employees to ensure a high-quality user experience
• Administer identity management systems for user onboarding, authentication, and access rights
• Configure, maintain, and secure the company Mac fleet, including updates and endpoint protection
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Information Security Teams on endpoint security and periodic access reviews
• Drive the successful delivery of IT projects, from operational improvements to strategic initiatives

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an IT Support role
• Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS or Windows, and common SaaS/business applications
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra
• Practical experience with an MDM solution (e.g., Mosyle, Jamf, Intune, or similar)
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain technical topics simply

• Apple Certified IT Professional
• Apple Certified Support Professional
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification
• AZ-900 & MS-900 certifications
