Datmos has three office locations (Montreal, QC; Quebec City, QC; and Whitefish, MT) and offers full flexibility to work from any of these offices or 100% remotely. This position is open to candidates based in either Canada or the United States.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic eCommerce initiatives. You’ll work closely with high-profile clients across North America, managing project scope, budget, and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, development, and strategy to drive digital success.

• Manage client requests, budgets, and timelines for all projects within your department
• Monitor project progress, identify gaps, risks, and issues, and provide actionable adjustment plans
• Work closely with Account and Delivery Directors to manage requests, ensure high-quality service, and maximize the value of incoming work
• Prepare client account health reports and share insights with key stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables align with client goals, needs, and established quality standards
• Track key performance indicators to meet organizational goals, in collaboration with the Operations & Production leadership and all internal partners and experts
• Support your team in implementing best practices and delivering high-quality work
• As a team lead, provide positive leadership, engage and motivate your team members, and promote their well‑being and job satisfaction

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation and/or eCommerce projects
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Commerce Tools, Akeneo, etc.) and related systems (PIM, DAM, ERP, etc.) – an asset
• Solid experience working in Agile environments, with a good understanding of the Scrum framework
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification – an asset
• Bilingualism is required in French & English as you will be working in both of these languages with our clients.
