Lead Datacenter Technician

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise-scale, mission-critical data centers operating in a 24/7 environment. This role focuses on infrastructure reliability, physical security systems, and data center management platforms.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in enterprise data centers, strong operational discipline, and deep familiarity with DCIM platforms, video management systems, and IT service management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain large-scale data center infrastructure, including servers, networking, cabling, and physical security systems
• Administer DCIM platforms such as Sunbird dc Track for asset tracking, capacity planning, and reporting
• Manage and support Video Management Systems, with strong preference for exacqVision
• Utilize Service Now for incident, change, and request management
• Participate in installations, decommissions, and monitoring

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience in enterprise or mission-critical data center environments
• Strong knowledge of DCIM, VMS, and ITSM tools
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and data center best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-availability environment

Compensation

• $135-155k base
• 15% bonus
• 2 days remote working per week
