What we are looking for:

We’re seeking a Junior Growth Data Analyst — someone curious, analytical, and proactive.

• A self‑starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data, uncovering meaningful insights, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical teams.
• You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment and be genuinely excited about crypto, trading, and analytics.

Your Day‑to‑Day:

You will report to the Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition Lead, and will:

• Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance.
• Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks.
