• You will oversee all international service processes within the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless system and process availability to support our global teams.
• You will control and monitor incident, change, and problem management, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement.
• You will ensure the professional design of software support while fostering smooth collaboration between stakeholders, local projects, and offshore teams.
• You will accompany project transitions to support teams during release rollouts and continuous deployment, conducting engaging training sessions in Salesforce and Service Now.
• You will contribute to agile, self-organizing teams committed to delivering high product quality and reliable system performance.
• You will develop your professional, IT technical, and personal skills continuously to stay at the forefront of your field.

• Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You bring practical experience in IT consulting or service management, ideally within international or multicultural teams.
• Know‑how and skills: You possess experience with the Salesforce environment, especially Service Cloud and Field Service, along with knowledge of customer service processes.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus, as it enhances your ability to succeed within structured service management frameworks.
• Personality: You are open-minded, trustworthy, and communicate confidently at all levels, fostering positive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Language skills: You are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively navigate linguistic and cultural differences.
