SAP Cybersecurity Specialist - Senior

Overview

Employer Industry: Cybersecurity and Technology Integration

• Design, implement, and sustain cybersecurity protections across a complex defense enterprise environment
• Identify and resolve complex issues to prevent cyber-attacks and secure information systems
• Respond to incidents, investigate violations, and recommend enhancements to security mechanisms
• Conduct risk management and mitigation activities, developing plans to address identified risks
• Monitor operations and infrastructure for potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance; preference for candidates with active DoD clearance
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity documentation and system authorization artifacts in a DoD environment
• Strong knowledge of Information Assurance (IA) concepts, including patch management and intrusion detection
• Certification meeting the DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IAM level III (Security +)

• SAP experience in areas such as Budget, FM, FI, CM, and others
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills across multiple technical areas and business segments
• Familiarity with SAP GRC, SAP BASIS, and/or S/4 HANA
