Business Analyst 1 : $80,000.00-$89,301.23 – requirements:

Education or Formal Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

2–5 years of business analyst experience, preferably in a credit union environment. Advanced knowledge of Symitar, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Experience with Agile/Scrum development frameworks and PMO tools desired.

Business Analyst 2 : $80,561.64-$– requirements:

Education or Formal Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

4-5 years of business analyst experience; preferably in a credit union environment. Advanced knowledge of Symitar (Episys) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Experience with Agile/Scrum development frameworks and PMO tools desired.

What you'll do

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This position is responsible for understanding and documenting business processes, analyzing data, and ensuring the successful implementation of systems and projects that support the credit union’s strategic goals.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Understand business processes and underlying data to translate needs into formal documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, user stories, and use cases.
  • Elicit, document, analyze, communicate, and verify requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.

Process & Data Improvement

  • Analyze data quality and recommend process improvements that are efficient, maintainable, and repeatable.
  • Research and document current workflows impacted by projects to ensure smooth transitions.

Project Coordination & Implementation

  • Coordinate project team activities, including task scheduling, system testing, and application configuration.
  • Manage vendor communications and support implementation activities as needed.
  • Prepare system and application documentation and perform administrative tasks related to system operations.
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions in a professional, user-friendly manner.
  • Exhibit strong support for organizational goals, values, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Embrace ongoing education and acquire new skills and software knowledge to serve as a resource for the development team.

Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and all applicable compliance guidelines.
  • Follow safety and security protocols to safeguard member and organizational assets.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as essential job functions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
