We combine industry-leading cybersecurity, managed IT, and cloud services with a human-first approach to technology. Now, we’re entering a bold new phase — harnessing the power of AI to revolutionize business operations.
The Role:
Agentic Workflow Engineer
We’re looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking Agentic Workflow Engineer to join our growing innovation team. This isn’t your typical software or IT role — this is for someone who understands the power of autonomous AI agents and knows how to harness them to complete complex tasks with minimal human oversight.
You will be responsible for building intelligent workflows that integrate AI prompting strategies with business systems, learning from feedback loops, and optimizing agent performance to drive real-world outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Design and develop autonomous and interactive AI workflows using LLM-based tools and agents.
- Architect prompt chains, memory systems, and action loops that align with business goals.
- Integrate AI agents with third-party tools (APIs, CRMs, ticketing systems, databases, etc.).
- Implement feedback loops to allow agents to learn, adapt, and self-correct over time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify high-impact use cases.
- Continuously iterate and improve prompts, agent behavior, and workflows based on outcomes.
- Ensure outputs meet standards for accuracy, reliability, and ethical AI use.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-driven agents or workflows.
- Fluency in prompt engineering, system prompts, and chain-of-thought prompting.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Lang Chain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of APIs, RESTful integrations, and data parsing.
- Comfortable in low/no-code environments as well as scripting environments (e.g., Python, JS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity-driven mindset.
- A passion for automation, AI ethics, and building tools that actually get work done.
- Experience with tools for workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance in the context of AI automation.
- Familiarity with business processes in industries such as service, manufacturing, logistics, or oil & gas.
- Be part of a pioneering AI team at an established, trusted IT company.
- Work on cutting-edge AI tools and real-world business challenges.
- Enjoy a flexible work environment with room to innovate.
- Competitive salary, health benefits, PTO, and professional development support.
Think you’re the right fit? Submit your resume and a short note explaining a workflow or agent you’ve built (or want to build) that solves a real-world problem. Bonus points for creativity and clarity.
