SAP Lead Agile Release Train; ART Engineer​/Advanced Scrum Master

Overview

• Lead and facilitate all ART-level ceremonies, ensuring disciplined execution and accountability
• Drive end-to-end program execution by managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
• Partner with various stakeholders to align delivery with DoD mission objectives
• Act as the primary escalation point for ART-level risks and conflicts, driving resolution
• Facilitate Inspect & Adapt activities and leverage delivery metrics for continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance; preference for candidates with active DOD clearance
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or Agile leadership roles
• 3–5+ years of experience operating within SAFe at scale, including hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs involving SAP implementations or sustainment

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations
• SAP experience in areas such as Budget, FM, FI, CM, PS, CO, PPS, Payments, MM, SD, PS, SCM, D&S, QM, BTP
