- Experienced with 5 years in partner management or business development
- Demonstrating a track record of driving revenue through networking with clients and partners
- Knowledgeable in foundational enterprise technologies such as cloud, compute, data & analytics, and AI/ML
- Familiar with Microsoft
- Possessing strong executive presence and confidence in presenting at all levels
- Highly independent with natural networking skills and self‑motivated, with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities
- Comfortable with ambiguity, capable of quickly analyzing and executing in a rapidly changing environment, taking charge, and making things happen
- Proficient in German at a professional or near‑professional level (spoken and written)
- Build strong, trusted relationships within Soft Serve’s strategic partner ecosystem, including cloud hyperscalers and related vendors
- Increase Soft Serve’s brand awareness among top partners through networking, marketing campaigns, partner events, strategic account planning, and more
- Accelerate adoption of Soft Serve’s portfolio of services in the region through structured partner development plans
- Foster collaboration internally and externally to drive success
- Ensure accurate and thorough pipeline reporting by working closely with Soft Serve Account Executives and internal and external Partner Managers
- Develop and nurture peer‑to‑peer alignment between Partner AEs and Soft Serve AEs, focusing on account, territory, and vertical sales intensity
- Coordinate and collaborate with Partner GTM and Partnership Ops teams on field efforts
- Regularly conduct internal and external cadences around active accounts, opportunities, and other initiatives
- Participate in official and unofficial vendor partner summits, trade shows, and other relevant local and regional field partnering events
- Assist in the execution of partner marketing plans
- Ensure deal registration with partners
- Take regional ownership of Partner KPIs, aligning with Soft Serve client‑facing owners to ensure account‑level KPIs are met
- Generate revenue for Soft Serve through the partner sales channel, collaborating with sales and practice leadership to plan territory and account growth strategies, while continuously validating partner and Soft Serve needs
- Develop partner engagement activities focused on sales alignment and customer engagement
- Proactively identify and manage potential channel conflicts, developing contingency plans, and escalating issues to Soft Serve Executive Leadership when necessary
- Travel up to 50% for strategic alliance meetings, field engagement, and other partnering opportunities
