Job Title: LIMS Developer
Location: Remote
What's the Job?- Set up and validate environment/database configurations required for data cleansing in Baxter DMZ.
- Create and execute data filtration scripts to exclude specific data sets and enable continuous replication.
- Analyze database structures and develop scripts for comprehensive data cleansing, including removal of sensitive information.
- Draft and perform testing scripts to verify data integrity and system accuracy post-cleansing.
- Prepare detailed documentation to facilitate system cloning and integration processes for Vantive.
- Extensive experience with LIMS development, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Strong proficiency in Labvantage LIMS version 8 or higher.
- Advanced SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries in Oracle or MS SQL.
- Technical expertise in Java modules, web services, Hibernate, and JMS frameworks.
- Experience working with Java EE servers such as Oracle Web Logic, Red Hat JBoss, or IBM Web Sphere.
