We are seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to play a critical role in developing Glider’s core product. You will build end-to-end features, work with cutting-edge crypto technology, and contribute across the entire DeFi stack.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, end-to-end features for Glider’s flagship product.
• Solve complex problems related to declarative trading and vertical solutions using creative, well-architected approaches.
• Work across backend infrastructure, onchain interactions, and frontend Web3 UX to ensure seamless integration.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.

Web3: Viem/Wagmi, permissionless.js/pimlico, SIWE, Zero Dev Kernel Smart Accounts.

Backend: Node.js (Type Script), GCP, Alloy

DB, Axiom, Sentry, and Python-based solvers.

Frontend: Next.js, tRPC, Type Script, Tailwind, Radix UI, Zustand, react-spring, Vitest, Synpress.
