• Lead and facilitate all ART-level ceremonies, ensuring disciplined execution and accountability
• Drive end-to-end program execution by managing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
• Act as the primary escalation point for ART-level risks and conflicts, facilitating resolution
• Provide oversight to Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to enhance SAFe maturity across the ART
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to government and contractor stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance; preference for active DoD clearance
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or Agile leadership roles
• 3–5+ years of experience operating within SAFe at scale, including experience as a Release Train Engineer
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs involving SAP implementations or sustainment

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations
• SAP experience in areas such as Budget, FM, FI, CM, PS, CO, and more
