• Provide technical support to customers via help desk, addressing questions from onboarding to advanced configuration
• Troubleshoot API, webhook, and integration issues with various third-party services
• Collaborate with engineering to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Update and create help documentation and educational content for users
• Gather and communicate customer insights and feature requests to the team

• Experience supporting a SaaS product in a technical capacity
• Strong expertise in Word Press, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users
• Must be located in the United States and available to work Pacific hours or late-day EST

• Familiarity with platforms such as Zapier, Discord, Mailchimp, and Stripe
• Ability to read or lightly modify code (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, or Ruby)
• Previous remote work experience in asynchronous environments
