• Own and drive PLG acquisition and monetization programs
• Execute end-to-end SEO and AEO initiatives to increase visibility and conversion rates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to optimize user experience and drive traffic
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Plan and conduct A/B tests to enhance trial and funnel conversion

• 4-6+ years of experience in SEO, SEM/PPC, or web optimization in a SaaS/PLG environment
• Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and AI-driven search optimization
• Proficient in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hub Spot, and SEMrush
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing techniques
• Comfort using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) for content optimization and research

• Experience with testing tools like VWO or Optimizely
• Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of emerging trends in AI and digital marketing strategies
