Overview

Corporate Tools is hiring a Desktop Support position to support our Post Falls, e. This is a full‑time, M-F "Office Only" position with company benefits.

Do you enjoy interacting with individuals on a daily basis and enjoy geeking out on network devices/systems? If you say yes, this opening is perfect for you! This position will be the first point of contact for incoming questions and issues related to computers and their systems. You will troubleshoot problem areas for in‑office staff and remote staff in a timely and accurate fashion to provide end‑user resolution.

Wage

$21.50 + $2/hr

Responsibilities
  • Provide end‑user assistance for both in‑office and remote employees
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, both software and hardware
  • Setup new employee equipment
  • Continuous learning of all things IT
  • Track inventory
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software systems
  • Run cables
Requirements
  • Passion for IT
  • Eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions
  • High interpersonal skills, super personable
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and written
  • Highly motivated and great customer service
  • Experience in a desktop support role or similar position
  • Experience with network devices preferred
  • Experience working with Linux
