AISG-Lead Designer – PEGA

Design and improve the user experience of PEGA applications, particularly in the context of adopting the Constellation framework.

• Conduct UX research and understand user needs and workflows.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI concepts.
• Design user journeys aligned with PEGA case management principles.
• Review and optimize UI configurations to ensure ergonomic and efficient interfaces.
• Propose UX recommendations to simplify screens and improve usability.
• Participate in design workshops and challenge functional and technical proposals.
• Identify UX inconsistencies and propose improvements.
• Perform UI configurations in PEGA (Constellation or UI-Kit) when required.
• Work closely with business and technical architects to ensure a consistent design approach.

• At least 4 years of experience in UX Design, ideally in complex application environments.
• Practical experience with PEGA;
  Constellation experience strongly appreciated.
• Strong understanding of design systems and low-code framework constraints.
• Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, intuitive user flows.

• Freelancers accepted.
• EU work permit required.
• Mostly remote work, with occasional on-site days.

Interms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, opento the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A verygood command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutchis an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are opento new starters.
