Payroll Connection Specialist

Overview

Employer Industry: Fintech (Retirement Benefits)

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating technical integrations with over 100 payroll providers
• Analyze incoming payroll data for accuracy and completeness while troubleshooting technical issues
• Evaluate data discrepancies and independently adjust information impacting client assets
• Draft procedures for payroll-related information flow while adhering to relevant regulations
• Guide clients through data analysis and support their data transmission efforts

• 3+ years in a role demonstrating troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage project plans
• Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers and understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong PC skills, including experience with G-Suite products

• Demonstrated passion for process improvement and leading change effectively
• Ability to adapt to various client systems and troubleshoot software issues as they arise
• Desire for continuous learning about new programs and systems in the retirement industry
