We’re looking for a high-impact leader to drive strategic partnerships with a focused portfolio of Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Tier 1 Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The primary mission: to develop, scale, and accelerate service-led solutions built on Team Viewer technology across global markets.
While domain expertise in remote connectivity, IT support, or the digital workplace is a strong advantage, what’s essential is a track record of success within GSI and Tier 1 MSP ecosystems—and the executive presence to drive joint go-to-market outcomes.
Strategic Partner Leadership- Own executive relationships with key GSI and MSP stakeholders across global and regional teams
- Develop multi-year joint business plans and lead strategic alignment sessions
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping shape service offerings and investment decisions
- Represent Team Viewer at partner-facing events and global governance reviews
- Achieve and exceed revenue quotas (Sell To and Sell Through)
- Drive partner-led revenue growth through co-selling and service-led engagement
- Collaborate on demand generation, sales enablement, and solution evangelism
- Manage partner QBRs, performance reviews, and pipeline accountability
- Align internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical) to support partner execution
- Onboard new partners into the Team Up MSP Program through execution of MSP partner agreements and programmatic activation.
- Identify new service opportunities aligned to digital workplace modernization, remote work, and DEX
- Co-develop high-value managed services powered by Team Viewer’s platform
- Support value proposition development and commercial packaging for partner-led offerings
- Influence partner training, onboarding, and technical readiness
- Maintain a dotted line into respective theatre channel functions.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards on partner influence, pipeline, and revenue metrics
- Drive clarity and accountability across a matrixed internal environment
- Optimize partner performance through governance, operational cadence, and ROI-based planning
- 10+ years of experience in global partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic alliances
- Proven background working directly with GSIs (e.g. DXC, Unisys, Kyndryl, TCS) or Tier 1 MSPs in a business development or partner ownership capacity
- Strong commercial acumen and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience developing joint solutions or services in a co-sell model
- Deep familiarity with IT service models and digital transformation trends; knowledge of digital workplace, DEX, or remote connectivity is a plus
- Excellent collaboration, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with international travel
- Work location is Remote, USA.
