• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Actively track team members’ planned and completed work to ensure accountability
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and status updates
• Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting mitigation plans

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM)
• Strong foundational understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery within a project-managed environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Prior experience in the homeowner’s industry
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Miro, Smartsheet, or MS Project
