As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will shape and execute highly visible technical programs from vision to delivery. You will influence roadmap prioritization, mitigate risks across initiatives, and guide cross-disciplinary teams toward achieving strategic goals. You will serve as a key leader in aligning business needs with technical execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This position operates within a Big 4–style environment, requiring leadership across large, matrixed teams, strict governance models, and enterprise-grade delivery standards.
What You ll Lead And BuildLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, driving clarity in scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps that align with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, design, product management, and business stakeholders to define priorities and technical feasibility.
- Influence long-term architecture decisions and technology standards across teams.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and governance for complex initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement of program execution and delivery processes.
- Communicate program status, trade-offs, and strategic impact to senior leadership.
- Facilitate consensus and alignment across distributed teams and global stakeholders.
10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or technology strategy roles.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span multiple business units and technical domains.
- Deep understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and modern engineering best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive clarity and results.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
