• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the privacy framework across the organization
• Conduct comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Provide guidance on privacy obligations and best practices for the business
• Review supplier audits and support monitoring for compliance
• Draft data protection communications and assist in training sessions

• Proven experience in data protection and privacy within a professional environment
• Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and Data Protection laws
• Experience in Financial Services; insurance experience is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and impacts

• Certification in privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM, ISEB) is valuable but not required
• Good understanding of technology, including AI-based technologies
• Strong time management and organizational skills
