To strengthen our growing digital ecosystem, we are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Global Website Operations Manager (100%) at our headquarters in Fehraltorf or remotely via one of our international subsidiaries.

YOURRESPONSIBILITIES
You operate at the heart of our global digital ecosystem, linking markets, internal teams, and agencies. Your key responsibilities include:
Platform Operations & Daily Management
- Ensure stability, uptime, and quality of the global website platform
- Manage daily support operations (incidents, service requests, technical issues)
- Oversee CMS operations, integrations, modules, and platform hygiene
- Monitor bugs, performance, and technical issues, ensuring fast resolution
- Maintain and prioritize the operational product backlog
- Coordinate sprints, reviews, and releases with external development partners
- Conduct quality assurance, functional testing, and release documentation
- Ensure clear handovers and transparent communication across stakeholders
Subsidiary Support & Enablement
- Serve as the main contact for subsidiaries regarding CMS usage and workflows
- Support local content updates, localization, and operational processes
- Train and enable local Superuser’s and marketing teams
- Maintain global playbooks, guidelines, and best-practice documentation
- Act as daily coordination partner for external agencies and developers
- Ensure timeline adherence, quality control, and structured delivery
- Clarify briefs, functional questions, and acceptance criteria
- Support budget tracking and cost transparency for website operations
Governance, Quality & Compliance
- Apply global governance standards, UX principles, and brand guidelines
- Ensure website compliance (GDPR, accessibility, legal requirements)
- Safeguard consistent structure, content quality, navigation, and SEO fundamentals
- Drive continuous improvement through analytics and performance optimization
- Professional experience in website operations, digital project management, or CMS management
- Strong hands-on CMS knowledge (TYPO3, Word Press, AEM, or similar)
- Experience working with ticketing systems, backlogs, agile processes
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, SEO basics, and web performance
- Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives with strong communication skills
- Experience in international or matrix environments is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, detail-oriented working style
- Excellent English skills:
German or other additional languages are considered an asset
