LocationThis role requires 3+ days in the office per week, so we’re currently considering candidates who live within a daily commuting distance of our office in Lincoln.
Your Role- Streamline global portfolio administration. Oversee the administration of all traditional leases and co-working agreements across our global footprint. Develop and maintain the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for critical lease data—including rent schedules and renewal windows—ensuring documentation is compliant and accurate.
- Drive data-driven decisions. Lead the gathering, interpretation, and organization of portfolio data (office utilization, headcount growth projections). Present inputs in a clear format to enable informed decisions.
- Establish global operational standards. Serve as the central point for documenting workplace-related Health & Safety, security, and emergency response initiatives. Identify opportunities to scale processes across locations and build a unified global playbook, keeping tracking systems audit-ready.
- Lead global project coordination. Drive project management for global office refreshes, relocations, and transitions; establish processes for project intake, budget tracking, and status reporting to ensure consistency.
- Optimize workplace technology and standards. Lead evaluation and implementation of the workplace technology roadmap and develop SOPs to ensure processes and templates are discoverable, consistent, and scalable globally.
- Experienced: 5+ years in program management, operations, or data analytics. Meticulous documenter ensuring audit-ready records and experienced in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects at a senior level.

- Analytical Precision: Skilled at analyzing complex datasets (leases, budgets, utilization metrics) to provide clear insights for leadership.
- Meticulous Documentation: Believes processes must be documented and trackable; maintains audit-ready records.
- Industry Context: Exposure to Corporate Real Estate (CRE), lease administration, or global portfolio management.
- Professional Rigor: Experience building frameworks for SOPs and templates in a high-growth environment.
- Certified: PMP certification is highly valued.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with teams or real estate outside the US.

The base salary range for this role is displayed below; starting salaries typically fall near the middle of this range. Base salary decisions are based on experience, skills, and education in line with internal pay equity practices.
Base Salary Range
$82,000 - $137,000 USD
