Miser Systems Analyst

Overview

Sr. Core Systems Analyst will lead technical and project efforts for the core financial system, collaborating with business lines to maximize system potential and support IT operations.

• Write functional specifications and design complex application systems supporting core financial processes.
• Research, analyze, and develop tactical and strategic solutions for system performance issues and new system integrations.
• Collect and review requirements from business owners and IT to deliver solutions using core financial applications’ functionality.
• Perform maintenance support, report writing, and change management controls for production environments.
• Investigate, implement, and maintain correction and lead recovery processes for applications and data.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and documentation to core system operations teams.
• Act as a lead for projects and peer support, ensuring effective communication and customer service.

• In-depth knowledge of the MISER core banking system.
• Advanced principles and practices of project management and workflow analysis.
• Strong understanding of software design, relational databases, and stored procedures.
• Experience with core financial application – MISER Core System.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five or more years of application development and system configuration support experience.

This is a fully remote contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL, with a pay range of $45.00 – $50.00/hr.
