• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Three or more years of experience in technical customer support or a customer-facing technical role
• Demonstrated experience in database technology (SQL), web technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML), email deliverability, CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM), and APIs
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective interaction abilities with customers and internal stakeholders

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
