• Own the strategy, execution, and monitoring of all sales analytics in the CRM
• Design and implement dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track metrics and identify trends
• Serve as the primary stakeholder for Payer-oriented analytics and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for external audiences
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all visualization outputs

• 4-6 years of experience in business and/or sales analytics within the healthcare, insurance, or technology sectors
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar software
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tell a story through data visualization
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills

• Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive collective success
• Critical and creative thinking skills for innovative problem-solving
• Flexibility and resilience when navigating challenges
