- Design and develop clinical dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to meet customer needs
- Analyze industry trends and integrate data into forecasting and reporting processes
- Translate collected data into detailed reports with actionable recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify opportunities for program performance improvement
- Perform research and analysis of business systems to inform improvement strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, public health, or Medical Laboratory Science
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Data Analyst or LIS analyst, with at least two (2) years in a healthcare environment
- Experience with large data sets (1,000,000+ records) and data quality tasks
- 3+ years of cloud experience, particularly with SQL and Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros and automation (VBA)
- Experience in consulting, particularly in business development and financial analysis
- Familiarity with primary and secondary hospital information systems (EMR and LIS)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Previous experience with Azure Cloud technologies
