Description:
Own the end-to-end architecture and technical direction of the project, ensuring HIPAA-compliant design and delivery. This role is the cornerstone of the MVP and Scale phases.
- Define and document the overall solution architecture across Azure, Power Platform, Teams, Fabric, and Snowflake.
- Make critical technical decisions on APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Lead technical delivery planning, ensuring milestones are met.
- Establish coding standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and external developers to align architecture with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.
- Provide technical mentorship to supporting developers and engineers.
- 10+ years in solution architecture, with deep Azure expertise (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, etc.).
- Strong background in microservices and API-first design.
- Experience with Power Platform, Teams integration, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The pay range for this role is$120k - $135k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
