Job Title: Dev Ops Engineer IV
Location: REMOTE EST/CST

Experience:

5-10
Contract Type/Length: through 2026, possible extension

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS or similar platforms).
• Automate deployments and infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Support Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application environments.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues across systems, applications, and networks.
• Work directly with engineering teams to strengthen reliability and deployment workflows.

• 5+ years in SRE, Systems Engineering, Dev Ops, or Software Development, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong background with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Intermediate-level experience with Terraform
• Solid scripting/programming experience (Go, Python, Bash, Java script, or similar).
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and production environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Cloud Watch, etc.).

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with working in highly-regulated environments
• Experience with tools like Consul or Vault for service discovery/secrets management.
• Background supporting multiple cloud environments & regions
