Solution Architect

Description

Contract hybrid 3 days a week onsite in downtown Minneapolis, MN.

Seeking a Solution Architect to join the Customer Data Services team, a Scrum/Agile team working in the AWS space. Responsibilities include building out customer data services, APIs, and notification services. The role requires strong experience in authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, OIDC), integration, and API architecture. Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful but not required.

Attend daily stand-ups, pick up and complete stories within 2-week sprints, perform architecture and design work, create and deliver Level 1, 2, and 3 architecture diagrams, and collaborate with engineers and QA.

No other Solution Architects on the team. Will work closely with a Technical Architect, Data Architect, Product Owner (with architecture background), integration engineers, data engineers, and QA.

• 5-7 years of previous experience with AWS integration and architecture experience, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2, OIDC)
• Agile/Scrum familiarity
• Utility industry background preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science, CIS, MIS preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication: self-starter, responsible, accountable, engaged and excited about the work.
• AWS certification preferred;
  Scrum/Agile certification not required
