Overview
Exciting remote opportunity for a Sr. People Soft Project Manager to join a leading higher education client. This long-term, 12-month+ contract position requires availability during standard business hours (8-5 PST). You’ll play a key role in managing impactful People Soft projects, particularly within the Workforce Administration (WFA) and ePerformance modules, as well as supporting broader HR, Payroll, and Finance People Soft initiatives.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years' experience as a lead Project Manager, managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects
- Experience managing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) projects
- Proven track record of managing People Soft implementations or enhancements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading large, cross-functional project teams
- Ability to work remotely and be available 8-5 PST
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with People Soft modules such as Workforce Administration (WFA), ePerformance, Benefits, GL, Payroll, or Absence Management
- Prior experience managing projects in the higher education domain
- Vendor management and system integration experience
