Program Manager Tech

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 1, you will be part of the Security and Compliance support team, working on innovative products that are at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, along with a passion for learning and applying new technologies, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 1
Location: Remote (within US)
Pay Range: $39/hr to $42/hr on W2

• Interface with clients on technical and project matters from project initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain program and project schedules, along with status reports.
• Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide project implementation.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Support the development of emerging security and compliance products, integrating AI and instructional design methodologies.

• Proven experience in instructional design, with 3-5 years designing learning programs for technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Rise), LMS platforms, and multimedia tools like Adobe Suite.
• Technical mindset with a willingness to learn and apply AI concepts to enhance learning solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for AI enablement within readiness initiatives.
• Ability to provide examples of previous instructional design work demonstrating capabilities.
