Senior Business Analyst – Revenue Operations

Reports To: Director, Revenue Operations

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll partner with the VP of Support and the Director of Revenue Operations to provide data-driven insights that improve the performance and efficiency of our global Support organization.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Data Analytics
• Business Strategy
• Operational Excellence

You’ll turn complex data into actionable insights and help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

• Partner with the VP of Support to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to track key Support metrics such as:
  • CSAT
  • Ticket volume
  • SLA adherence
  • Handle times
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership and managers
• Gather analytics requirements and ensure reporting aligns with business needs
• Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses to identify trends and improvement areas
• Act as a data consultant to the Support organization
• Partner with BI and data engineering teams to ensure:
  • Data accuracy
  • Reliable data models
• Document reporting processes and maintain strong data governance standards
• Define and enforce consistent data standards across Support operations

• 5+ years of experience in:
  • Data analytics
  • Business intelligence
  • Operations analysis
• Experience working in or with a Support organization in a SaaS or technology company
• Advanced expertise in Tableau (dashboard creation, optimization, maintenance)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of customer support metrics and performance drivers
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and comfort using AI productivity tools

• Experience with:
  • Fresh Works
  • Zendesk
  • Assembled
  • Or similar customer support systems
• Familiarity with data warehouses:
  • Snowflake
  • Redshift
  • Big Query
• Experience in a high‑growth SaaS environment
• Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

Final compensation is based on experience, skill set, and market benchmarks.
