QA Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded. You’ll work closely with data engineers, analysts and BI developers. A proactive approach to identify and solve potential issues before they have an impact is pivotal.

Your tasks
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines and analytics dashboards
  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs to track improvements and spot recurring issues
  • Validate ETL processes, data transformations, and metric calculations for correctness and consistency
  • Identify data quality issues, document defects, and collaborate on resolution strategies
  • Automate data validation workflows using Python, or SQL
  • Maintain QA documentation and testing standards for reproducibility and continuous improvement
  • Partner with analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data aligns with those needs
  • Monitor performance and flag anomalies proactively
  • Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and recommend long-term fixes
  • Advocate for QA best practices across the analytics lifecycle
Your profile
  • Completed university studies with a focus on Business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • 5+ years experience in QA within a data analytics or data engineering context
  • Strong command of, at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data visualization platforms (specifically Tableau)
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (specifically

    Azure, Unity Catalog)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent problem-solving attitude, and ability to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations
