Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Web Analyst in San Mateo, CA to handle web analytics requests ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable data insights to support cross-functional initiatives.

• Master’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of experience translating complex business requirements into analytical questions and developing actionable, data-driven approaches and solutions.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing, including test design, pre- and post-test analysis, evaluation, interpretation of results, and future test iteration for e-commerce websites.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker, and other BI platforms.
• Experience analytics implementation and quality assurance, including Adobe tracking label design, analytics validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience analyzing trends from combined data sources including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Micro Strategy, Snowflake, Decibel, and Google Search Console, and identifying opportunities through benchmarking, forecasting, and in-depth analysis using statistical methods.
• Experience performing campaign analysis, ad-hoc analysis, and independent research to uncover insights that support strategic business objectives.
• Experience executing job duties using Python and advanced Excel.
• Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
