• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and UX architects to enhance internal business processes using custom AI tools

• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of AI integrations using full-stack technologies
• Build robust tooling for AI quality assurance and operational efficiency across the organization

• 2+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade applications in Python, utilizing AWS services
• Strong front-end development skills and understanding of UX principles
• Knowledge of observability, auditability, and responsible AI practices
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-functional settings

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or analytical fields, or equivalent experience
• Curiosity and depth in human-centered AI and cognitive science, with experience in user behavior analysis
• Familiarity with generative AI orchestration frameworks and enterprise AI deployment pipelines
• Interest in algorithmic innovation beyond generative AI
